Guys I will be a newbie to this never used it before so I will update weekly progress on the site with it. I am a female bb heavywt competitor. I am 69" 191 off season and my last bf was 29% a month ago but now doing cardio 30min a day 5 days a week after training.
Hope all of you will give your input when I start. Haven't got it yet but will let you know when I start.:cool: too cold in this desert
 
I know it is and one of the reasons was because with my old trainer who does not do old school but high intensity workouts wouldn't let me do any cardio all season. Well I left the first part of April when I got my dexa scan to see what I had gained and when I saw 400gm lean tissue and 29% bf I was pissed since this was from last July. Now I am doing 1 body part a day old school training with 30min of cardio 4-5 days a week. I am not dieting but bulking with clean foods since April.
