Finally got around to doing this...

I have been too busy with work in general but I finally got around to posting pics from last season. These were taken a few days after my show. I think I drank about 5 gallons of gatorade post show. I am sitting right now about 239 keeping body fat in check but not competing probably till November. Next Nutrition was great in providing guidance and I would recommend either DB006 or Supermannpc anytime. Although I have been around since both of those guys were probably born, it never hurts to have another set of eyes to look at things in a different light.

Yeah man, those are some good rear lat spreads. Your front lat spreads really show off them delts too, and your side chest poses show some mean chest and bi development. Great job man. Where are you standing right now? (Nevermind, just read the original post again.).

I ended up getting 4th out of 7 heavies. The 3 guys that beat me were all older than I was and in incredible shape. I felt old at 42.

did u mean to say the 3 that beat ya out were "older" or did u mean to say "younger" i only ask cause after that u said you felt old at 42

No -they were older.
They were 47,48 and 50. It is what you said in your post- the older guys are more committed and have the time and money to do it right. It is not the way it used to be. I thought 42 is old- but hell if these guys are older, then I got to work five times as hard!!
