I know you are supposed to apply to the muscle worked last so here's my question. I live relatively close to my gym and sometimes I jog or ride my bike home after trainning. Should I apply to my legs or the muscle group I trained????
i would apply to the muscle group trained...i do many delt applications regardless of what i trained though, to me the key is just having the igf in my system at the right times
It is more effective in a muscle that was just trained because of the microscopic damage that occurs, but there is still hyperplasia in any muscle to which it is applied at any time.
I have been applying to the trained muscle. This was actually a question raised by my wife that made some sense. Yes I said my wife. She does all my applications for me. Did I mention she is the coolest woman on the planet???

thats a sweet deal, my sig other helps me when i need it with shots (she is a nurse)...i normally dont trust anyone with regards to my usuage but she is very cool about it and read up on stuff on the boards and is comfortable becauise she knows i know what i am doing

Exactly, thats the name of the game. I believe pre and postwork out would be best, splitting muscle cells pre-training then post work-out for slin like nutrient shuttling. GH pre and Igf post is a great combo imo.
