Wow first application I applied it to my lat and it hurt so bad. Reminded me of tren ace hurting. Still hurts red and swollen just like tren ace. Both must contain a lot of etoh.

Hope the benefits reap the pain!!!
 
yeah its weird, some people like myself get no pain at all no matter where i apply..but its worth it, trust me..why the lat though LOL i usualy apply mainly to my delts, arms, chest
 
ohh and you should start a log and keep up on how things progress...how many mcgs are you using and what type of protcol
 
bump that, cut it if you still feel pain... and why your Lat? lol
a log is not only good for other users it'll also help you look back at where you applied it last and what your results where on which days etc. check against your weight, strength gains etc.

I know a lot of my users who thought they didn't see any real gains from it and then looked at their logs and saw strength increases, fat loss and weight gain in small amounts but all during the same period of time.
 
i havent got any redness and for me the pain is slight at best. calves i did feel for 2 or 3 days not bad though. good luck with it
 
I know a few of you asked me why the lat. Well I have been doing lat injections with prop/cyp and EQ. I need wider lats. I started with 20mcg=2IU not much but enough to hurt. Only lasted for about 2 hours then went away. I trained my back that day so that is why.

Tomorrow shoulders and I will put it in the shoulder

I thought that was what I was suppose to do. I did read the literature on it. I am new to it and started low a little scared. I see others take more and some twice a day. Should I be doing it on my days off from the gym? Looks like people are applying it to the muscle worked. I will say one thing my lats used to be sore for days when I was injecting them with prop or EQ. This was only sore a couple of hours
Isn't 20mcg a decent dose to start with?
 
I did change it to everyday. Just very stressed and overwhelmed with work sometimes don't think clearly.
I did apply it to my shoulders yesterday 20mcg both shoulders and today my thigh.

funny thing though yesterday my shoulder wt went up by 20# after 1 days of this. Probably a fluke but I will monitor it. Don't think it can work that quick.

Now not hurting anymore let it sit out for 30 min and don't feel any pain. Yes I do keep a lot of what I eat my supps and what body part I trained that day with the amount of wt.

When you guys are really tired does your wt drop? Just curious cuz mine always does and usually saturday is a real bad day for me but like I say went up 20# on all shoulder exercises.
 
Did legs today and my squat I finally got to 315 x8 from 295. wow 10 days after starting this IGF and my strength has gone up and my endurance. The best part about this is the recovery time is short for me when before it was horrible all day after legs. Applying this shit is totally awsome. Total lost in 10 days is 4# more cuts in shoulders and chest

sounds like u found out ur optimal dose and its working well, good to hear
