Yeah, so I ate something fucked up yesterday, no clue what it was. Woke up today with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, and a messed up stomach. I've been in and out of bed only to drink some diluted fruit juice and protein shakes. Feeling a bit better now (on the toilet typing this), but had to skip a hams/calves workout. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow to pick up where I left off. I just think it's funny that I'm doing what ever I can to make sure my body is still getting nutrients, rather than do what my mom would recommend (drink 7-up all damn day, haha). Anyone deal with this before?
