Going into my second week now, endurance is better with cardio, wt up with max sets and dropped 5#. Starting to look leaner and harder. Using 20mcg everyday whether I work out or not. Found the best way is to take it at night
 
i like to apply it postworkout and before bed wtih a big protein shake..i used to use it in the AM but it made me tired for a few hours and i like to hit the weights in the AM..
 
I've been off IGF for about 2 weeks now. Its making a huge diffrence in how lean i am. I started taking weight off like crazy before i stopped. Now im starting to put weight back on....

That blows cause I am naive to this stuff and it is working so well for me endurance, wt loss and increased strength that I will be bummed when I come off.:)

You know it made me tired and hypoglycemic in the beginning and I just ate more carbs to get through it now it doesn't bother me at all when I did it in the daytime after training. Now I apply it anytime of the day after training and I don't have any problems like I did in the beginning. It is just awsome the best application I have found so far:thumbsup:

The weight loss should remain once ur off for sure , i dont see any scientific reason why your weight or bodyfat would rebound once your done

oh.. i didnt mean it comes right back on. Yeah, my hormones are just jacked right now and i think the igf was keeping some stability.

Probably the bloat and water still anti e for a while===same happens to me when I stop an anti e it is rebound hell so now I wean off very slowly over a month.

Hey I will and I'll post a pic when done. Really so far has made a huge difference and I am just running prop. right now

In 3rd week of IGF post workout applications 20mcg. I am still doing 5 days lifting and 4 days cardio. I did a mean quad workout yesterday and totally shocked myself on the hacks---I did 365 x7 for last set. Not half assed all the way down to the bottom. Total wt loss is 9# still looking harder but a lot stronger. Still only running prop. I will keep it the same till the end. I am really happy with strength gains and getting :) leaner
 
That's what amazed me when I did it before I struggled with 3 plates and it was no trouble so I threw on two quarters and got my friend there to spot me just in case---he was shocked and so was i. Funny--he told me the other trainers are asking him man what is she on and that is my secret no one knows.

Can't wait to see the end result.
 
Great log onyett. How long are u running the IGF and prop for and are you taking a break in there somewhere with the IGF? Keep us posted. And great #'s in the gym
