I take fish oil caps 2 times a day with meals. I get a lot of pain in my elbows after triceps. The DHA and EPA compounds in fish oil are converted into a anti-inflammatory agent known as prostaglandins. Seems to make a difference for me.
I have it, just dont take it religiously. I have noticed people who have just added
this to lean out noticably. I have asked it they lost weight and it was just from
adding this. Thanks, I am going to take some now.
