WOW...it does seem that the measurements are a little strict, however I actually like the idea of keeping track of everyones waist line and making them stay under it. I think this is a legitimate health concern, but it will never happen in the US. Too many people whining and complaining about how they can't do anything about their weight...they were just born that way!!!
 
of all the people in the world who NEED that type of enforcement, and they pull it on the
Japanese. Aren't they already some of the healthiest on the face of the earth?
 
McDonalds would never allow that to happen in the United States.

I wonder how this law affects the Sumo wrestlers. I thought the japanese thought being fat was special or holy, which was why the sumos get treated like royalty.

I'm guessing sumo wrestlers are exempt. It's probably time for some amateurs to start working toward their pro card :D
