What is your current dosing of IGF-1

I had a similiar problem with any dose but it only lasts the first few days and then I'm good to go. :)
 
it looks about 50 is the right dosage. I usually put it right above 50 just in case it doesn't go all in. I don't use BA water so...
 
My IGF is coming in tomorrow (or should be) and I am going to do 25 bilaterally so 50mcg altogether 6 days a week for 6 weeks then take a break.

Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 -Back
Day 3 - Bis/Tris/Forearms (alternate) - I dont want my tris/bis to get too big
Day 4 - Quads
Day 5 - Calves
Day 6 - Glutes

Thoughts?
 
I haven't taking the stuff,just gh but some people say it debunk about the results,maybe you guy think different since you seen result.I might try it in the future,but will find out what kind i can get,then i will post a pic to see if the stuff is real.Great thread btw,many people i seen online say 40mcg per shot.
 
Right now I'm trying 10mcg ed pwo or around the same time if I don't train that day.
 
I personally have noticed better results at 80mcg per day 4 x week post workout..than at a lower dose (example 40mcg's or 60 mcg's)
 
So it looks like everyone applies it after work out? Why not before work out? Would there be any downside to a pre work out application?
 
check this out, thinking of doing another "BLITZ" cycle of 150mcg/day for only 2 weeks...tried it once and got VERY veiny and strong.

overall I don't think that it has the healing properties and overall "wellness" of say 75mcg/day for 4 weeks but due to time constraints-aka have to go on the road for my job here shortly. I'm thinking of hitting it hard once more to see what the results are this time around. Sounds like a waste of money but it worked the 1st time around and I know a few others who have done similiar w/ good results.

I go hypo like a mofo....even with a whole lot o simple carbs and stuff I still feel it then Im usually hungry as hell for the next 2.5 hours; dont think I could workout under those conditions....press does it pre workout tho....
 
I've always taken it pre-workout. Like 30-60 mins before. On my next batch, I might try the post workout deal and see if that works any better for me. I've never gone hypo, either.
 
I'm going to start on Monday.I'm doing 60 a day 30 after my work outs once before bed. I'm going to throw in some Creatine with it as well. I don't have enough money for Var and Test right now that will be my next cycle. We should compare results see how that works.
I'm 6 4 225 my goal is to get super lean. I should be doing 40 twice a day but I want to start at 60 take 4 weeks off and start my other cycle.
