Hi, new to the board, but not new to the boards.
From California, 48 and have been lifting for 30 years.
Just wanted to introduce myself.
Found the site doing some searching.
I do have a specific question, but I will save that for the proper area on the board.

I was trying to get set up with e-mail notifications, I cant put an avatar or anything. I get an error, that says this:

You can't add avatars. A rep or admin must do that.
We do that as a special precaution to not clog the system with huge pics.
