Hey buddy---read my log I did it for the first time although I was running high dose test/eq at the time then in the middle ended the cycle and dropped to eod prop. All I can say is it intensified my strength and I got leaner with a clean "noncontest" diet with as much food as I wanted. Also did cardio for 30-45 min. a day with training.
Can't go wrong that is for sure
