Do you guys dilute your IGF or use it as is?

Don't put water in the bottle as Press said. It will destroy the fragile peptide and degrade it very quickly. If you must "cut" it - draw up the IGF and then an equal amount of sterile water in the syringe. Even then I would worry about ruining it as I don't know how quickly it can damage it. I would use it straight up. If you put it into a muscle it shouldn't hurt at all.
