Quick ???

first hello to everyone

next after i draw my 40mcg do i let the pin sit so the igf can reach room temp?
and there is a little air bubble in the pin after i draw is that ok to inject???

cant get the bubble out

i personally never let it sit and i dont recall ever having an issue with the itty bitty bubbles.

I actually used a little air to push it all in since it's a small amount. Small amounts of air will not hurt. I asked my sports doc and he agrees.

yeah it's almost painless once it sets out for several minutes

I have tried it both ways and its better to apply it at room temp.
