I will verify.

i was just curious what to expect... im on my fifth day and im noticing some vascularity and big pumps... did arms last night and they looked like they were twice there normal size.

depending on how old you are and what your routine is like you can expect everything from fat loss to muscle gain to a combination of both. I've ran it many many times and at different amounts and I've experienced a muscle/weight gain in just a few weeks and at other times while doing more cardio I've experienced a FAT loss but no weight gain so I clearly was gaining muscle while losing fat. Everyone's different, you're body will respond differently but for me it was like the fountain of youth I felt 10 years younger and except for needing a little more sleep I had no sides.

Technically, you don't gain the same way you do with AAS. IGF causes an increase in new muscle fibers. Those muscle fibers are small so you don't initially gain much in size. What you do is follow it up with or be on AAS at the same time so that those new muscle fibers gain in size and mature.

Saudades hit the nail on the head, too many people dont see 15lbs gains in a few weeks and they think the shit is no good, well its not like juice as said above, its better in that u keep everything you do gain and more when in conjuction with juice!

It is for the experienced in my opinion or mid level experienced bodybuilders who know how to feel their body out.

I use igf for post, to help keep the gains ive made using gear. Works great for me, and helps with injury. I've mainly apply it to my delts, and have seen dramatic change in them over the last couple years.
