I am 21 years old 6' 2" 190lbs. I am in all around good shape. I haven't lifted in 3-4 months though. Never was huge into lifting, but I really want to make a push this year. I don't condemn those that use gear, but that stuff is just not for me. I simply don't wanna deal with the side-effects. IGF seems a lot better, especially for longterm since it literally increases muscle cells. It will most likely be something I look back as a good decision when im 40, 50, etc.
Anyhow, I am contemplating doing 20mcg twice a day for 7 weeks. What my normal supplements are going to be are...
Protein
Creatine
Tribulus Terrestis // Icariin (Natural test boosters)
ZMA
Yohimbe/ECA (weight loss combo)
I'll prolly even cycle through the creatine, test boosters, and weight loss stuff Since I haven't had ECA or creatine in a while and I have never used test boosters or IGF I wanna take it slow.
Questions I have...
1. Does it seem if IGF "is for me" and would "work for me?"
2. How much BW would I put in with 20mcg of IGF?
3. Any recommendations for a newbie - diet, working out, sleep, side-effects etc?
Please give me feedback from your experiences. I know there is a lot of knowledge here and I humbly want to learn more about IGF. Thank you!
EDIT: I intend to swim in the mornings for cardio 6 days a week. I also intend to do Mike Mentzer's HIT routine. I know it's crazy but I like it. It's chest/back 1st Tuesday, Legs 1st Saturday, then arms/delts 2nd Tuesday and Legs again 2nd saturday. Traditional bodybuilding hitting the gym 4+ times a week doesn't really do it for me. I see more gains with more rest
