Well, this is my 8 wks progress photos. I am about the same weight. I have lost a lot of fat by working out in the heat. I'm still at 215. But I know I added muscle.

My cycle was 600 mg t4oo/wk, 300 mg deca/wk, 40 mg dbol/ed/wk 1-4.

Haven't been able to eat as much as I should have, but if I did I probably would have put on more fat.

I know I look like a fag in the before picture. Hey I just felt awkward having my girl snap shots like that. I figured out how to set it on a timer.

Work on those legs bro, but besides that your lats are looking a bit thicker, stomach is flatter. Honestly it looks like you've been dieting too hard (or not eating enough) and have burnt quite a bit of muscle. You need to get that diet right otherwise it will happen. Also work on your posing. It's hard to see your muscles when you are arms and legs are bunched up. You need to extend your arms at bend at a little more than a 90 degree angle. For legs extend your leg out and point your toes down and out. Flex your arms and quads accordingly.

Give us a run down of your training and diet, and maybe we could give you some advice. Gotta remember that your diet will yield you the most results.

Thanks for the tips Big. I will try that. Legs are my weak area for sure. Got the bird legs from my Dad, God rest his soul. But I think I can make them grow.

Tee, my diet has been pretty poor this summer. I just eat whenever I can prety much, which is just standard meals besides a protein shake before and after workout. Like I said I have been using my garage, and that may have affected my appetite, but I think it's Test that makes me lose my appetite. It seems to lean me out.

As far as my training goes, I do a 3 day a week regimen, per doggcrapp's plan. My widowmaker squat is only 205. I haven't tried my max squat yet, because I don't want to burn out before the widowmakers. Whats the best way to build legs? I know it's squats, but full squats, box squats, rack squats, which is most effective and at what rep range? Doggcrapp says stay away from leg extensions, so I just do them last or as a warmup.

My latest flat bench is (255#)10,8,5

Appreciate the feedback guys. Next cycle I definitely need to plan diet better and stick with it. I like the doggcrapp system, so I think I will stay with it.

You need to fill the gaps with more protein, complex carbs, and some healthy fats. I would add some more protein shakes or bars in there to keep more muscle.

.
coming from a fellow bird-legger....I dont do free squats much anymore. They are great IF you hit your legs. Im taller and only seem to hit my glutes and lower back (although women comment on my ass alot so its doing something).
Ive switched to leg press, smith squat, hack squat, front squat or similar. I feel it in the quads like youre supposed to. Just a suggestion.
