Is taking IGF by itself a good idea? a worthwhile thing to do? and how safe is it to take IGF constantly without going off

igf is awesome by itself and their are many on here who run igf for long periods of time..

Ok thank you , I will be looking up info probably for a few months and asking questions.

The way im playing it out in my head , I wont spend any money on supplements just food and IGF. I also have a fee gym membership because I have a key to the gym. Its a complicated explaination

IGF will work for quite a while, but results will eventually slow down and stop due to diminishing returns. Most people seem to be able to run 6-8 weeks before it starts to slow down. When that happens, you cycle off for about the same period of time then you can come back on.

Alrigt when I eventually get on ill let all you guys know , and make sure about application spots before I plan on ordering and everything. Which ive been looking up on the IGF thread but mostly been lookin at the understanding IGF.

But I read on another topic , that you shouldnt apply it into your ab muscles due to maybe organ growth more than anything , but to pinch the fat at the abs and apply onto the fat..... What will this do , just burn off the fat in that area or stil soak into the muscles?

Because if it will burn the fat off in that area , wouldnt it be likely that It would unevenly burn the fat , leaving one section of abs left compared to the right , more sculpted and defined than the other half.

Also IGF is dependant alot on application sites where the application site gets the most benefit , it still travels through your entire bloodstream though right? But the best results are in the site

yes it still travels throughout your system. It just helps you bring up lacking body parts. It still works with your whole body though.

I edited your post a little bro. PM myself or a Site Rep if you have any other questions that weren't answered here.
