At around 6 mins. he says all his gains have come from workingout
"light and strict".......LOL.......

If I could look like that doing 10 reps of 225lbs on the bench
thats all I'd do......

I bet he's pushing ALOT more than that now....LOL

What a great build though, freak genetics!...I'm jealous....:upset:

There was a guy - Casey Viatar (spell??) - who was one of the youngest Mr. America.
The guy who created the natalus machines got him to be his poster boy. Casey made
great gains and competed with the greats. The Natalus creator (dam, I forget his
name) boasted that Viatar made these great gains on only 45 minutes a day workout.
Years later in a article Casey admitted that after his 45 minute natalus workouts he
would go to the gym for a couple of hours. This just made me think of that. Hey,
mabey this guy does only go that heavy but he must be goin REAL SLOW for a set
of only 10 w/225. (Arthur Jones was the guys name that invented Natalus
machines)

Yeah J Cutler was probably living in the gym at that time......
Only his second show too.......

He said "where I come from, no one is dedicated enough"
or something to that effect....

It don't look like the Jay Cutler of today does it.....LOL

I think id go crazy doing interviews like that. Do you think he got a little nervous when asked about what the family thinks?

what do you guys think about his "light and strick" idea? I've seen some good gains like that, but it definatley goes against dc, and main stream
