I was bbq-ing this weekend and saw a boxer in my yard (dog not human.) I fed it a hot dog I burned that I was cooking for my kids. My friend fed it some cat food. I heard someone pull up in the yard and looked outside to see my kids and my friends kids playing with the dog and talking to someone. The dog was skin and bones btw. I asked if it was his and he said it was so I went back in. My 4 year old was carrying a bowl of water to give the dog and then comes running back in the house. She had a 100 dollar bill in her hand. The guy gave them 100 dollars for finding his lost dog. I tried to convince them I deserved a cut because I fed it and kept it around, but they disagreed.

damn kids already dippin into the pockets at such a young age......... lol

just put the kid to work in a sweatshop for nike and tell them that you are taking a cut of everything from now on or else....

My son invested in one of those air hogs cars that runs on the walls. His comment was that it "didn't work as well as it did on t.v." I congratulated him on discovering the great truth that nothing on t.v. ever works like it says. I told him it took me more than 35 dollars to discover that. My daughter invested in a brats doll which she also discovered did not meet her t.v. expectations when the doll's dresser kept falling and didn't include the shoes they showed on t.v.

Lesson learned

Thats cool. Sounds like the guy cares about his dog, by going and looking for him and giving the reward. Everytime I found/rescued someones dog all I got was a handshake. If he has all that money, he should feed the poor thing.

I don't know how long it was missing. I am pretty sure he keeps it in his yard and it escaped. Poor thing was skinny. I have always loved dogs(except my mom's they are annoying.)
