I've been training for 11 years, i had a few sets backs here and there(torn pec). I weigh 260 6'3" just under 10percent bf. I'd like to be leaner, but i always feel too small. Thanks for having me aboard.
11yrs of training and OUCH!!! a torn pectoral muscle...
how'd you get that? ... can you tell us all what NOT to do in another thread? ... lol ... just an idea.. learning what NOT to do is just as good as learning from our own experiences....
