Butts and Gutts

Well thats the name of this class I started today. Im getting bored w/ just regular cardio so 3xs a week im doing classes .Well today I went to the butt and gutt class...... HOLY hell Im in pain, but summer is in 2 months so u gotta do what ya gotta do. I hope I can do squats on sat..lol...
 
I recently started taking classes for the same reason.  So far I've found spinning to be the best my gym has to offer.  I have a question for you enchantra....I read in one of your posts that you are going on a 1300 cal/day meal plan.  That's what I'm starting too, and I'm trying to make some meal plans that work with that and a 40/20/40 P/F/C ratio.  I will also be starting an ECA and stepping up cardio, in hopes of cutting up and losing a few BF%.  I am running out of ideas for meals, wondering if you would share you plan to help me out.  I'd be happy to share mine if you're interested.  Thanks.   :)
 
spinning??what is that?as i would like to hear more to ladies...i am trying to work on something for my lady.
 
Spinning is a great cardio workout.  Well, I guess like anything it depends on your instructor.  It's basically riding stationary bikes, very hard core, with lots of interval and endurance training.  Great in the winter weather.  I would recommend it to anyone wanting to spice up their cardio routine.
 
spinning is a bicycle class.. you sit in a room full of bikes and cycle following a trainer/coach?, and you change from going balls out to somewhat slow(really not slow..lol..) .. i'll die if i take a spinning class.. it looks fucking hardcore if you ask me ...lol..

I tried spinning once and that class kicked my ass!!  I was drenched with sweat, and the next day I was sore--a good sore.  I would like to start taking it weekly to break up my cardio routine.  The bikes, ellipticals and treadmills get boring.
 
Hey fitness girl =) I pretty much am just trying to do the low carb low sugar thing and 6 small meals a day. i usually replace 2 meals w/ schwartz labs protein shake.. strawberry is the best or a bar. I have been eating alot more fruit and vegtables.i keep it between 1300-1500 cals a day.. usually 1500 though.
