now i'm no great cook i aways tell people that i can burn with the best of them.. but here are two things that i make..

one
black'n chicken salad.. grill chicken with favor spices.. i like salt pepper and fresh garlic.. as soon as chicken id cooked turn the flame up as high as it will go to lightly black the out side..with honey mustrad dressing then i just store the chicken in gladware

two(treat time)
Grilled Garlic Chicken Pizza

grill chicken the same as in one then buy a premade pizza crust and cut chicken into long pieces then put on crust ( pin wheel looks the best and makes it easier to cut) then use light alfrato sause and only use about half the contanter and alittle bit of your favor white cheese..and other things like green pepper onion black olives on top.. heat in oven for 10-15 mins until crust is cooked and enjoy..

I like to make French Toast, with egg whites and frozen strawberries instead of syrup.
To add a little interest to your tuna, add some cut up carrots, celery, onion, and wee bit of mustard. If you add enough, it's kind of like a salad and it's not so bad. You can also try adding your tuna right to salad.
I also like to make Turkey omelets...2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, chopped green pepper, onion, mushrooms, 2 slices turkey, and 2 tbsp salsa...mmmmm, I even have one slice ww bread with it, it's only 231 cal/ 27g pro/ 7.4g fat/ 7.2g carbs
If you sub in another egg white instead of the whole egg, you'll cut all those numbers down a bit.
Enjoy!

I eat lots and lots of chicken boobs.....the other day I let them marinade in a spagetti sauce with mushrooms and then grilled in a skillet and simmered for a little while.....then added a small amount of cheese on top and backed it for a bit......mmmm....that was really good....some green beans on the side (no noodels or starches). I like to take pre-cut chicken strips and shake and bake em...thats really good...and if you are carefull with the amount of shake-n-bake you use it is very low on carbs.....not enough to really worry about. And I also eat a lot of tuna, but I mix it with pickels and egg and some onion....so far I'm not too sick of it, I do get tired of it after a few days...so then I switch and go back and forth. I also use ground turckey, cook it up with taco seasoning and throw it in an omlete...meatloaf with ground turkey....those are a few of my favorites, and easy to make and/or heat up after cooked.

Sometimes I take turkey or regular meatballs in sauce to work. I usually prepare a really big batch--I add a few eggs, alittle bit of whole wheat bread crumbs, diced onions and peppers, fresh garlic, a tad of salt and some pepper. It seems as though Presser and I never get sick of them--we eat them all the time. I also make salads with green peppers cumcumbers grilled chicken breast, hard boiled eggs and watered down dressing. My tuna is pretty much the same as everyone else's --i add a small amount of lite mayo, onions, celery, green peppers, pepper to taste--it taste so good, doesn't taste so fishy.

I always use the George Forman grill so as long as I have some sort of meat picked out---I usually whip up something good and healthy to grub on.
