I am struggling with my diet right now, and I wanna see what yalls diet looks like, so post em' up!

first meal is usually a shake and oats
2nd is lean hamburger or 8 ounces chicken and a cup of brown rice.
Pwo 55 g's of whey and 50 or so grams of dextrose maltose
8 ounces chicken and brown rice some greens depending on my mood
lean steak or fish with a big salad olive oil and pepper
last meal is usually just a casein shake with some fish oil
its not the greatest by any means but its helping me get the fat off. im up for some help if anybody wants to critique lol good luck bigworm diet is a bitch man i have a hard time as well. this keeps me full pretty much 100% of the time so im not complaining too much.

That pretty close to mine. First meal is protein shake usually isolate with nature valley granola to bump up glycogen from the night. Workout then another shake and simple carbs of some nature. Meal about an hour later with either 90/10 gb or chicken breast usually off the george foreman some type of carb occasionally another granola bar. Shake again in about 3 hours. Get 250-300 in protein depart and somewhere around 500 carbs. Cutting as well.

Forgot one more meal and one more shake. I take saw palmetto, multi vi, l glutamine, creatine after workout as well.
