I workout Mondays and Thursdays. Mondays is chest/back/arms and Thursday is legs.

I intend to do 50mcg (25mcg bilaterally) 6 days a week and hit up chest, back, tris or bis or delts (alternate), quads, calves, and glutes. Also depending if my Monday workout is more arms or chest focused I will switch which one gets hit PWO.

I did my leg workout yesterday and today I hit my quads 25mcg in each. My first needle bent trying to get into my vial haha so I was like... ummm I don't want a bad first injection so I got another. Both injections went fine. I poked, aspirated, put it all in (some stays in the needle I am sure so I am thinking of taking in like 2mcg of air so it gets pushed out. is that a good or bad idea?).

So my left side doesn't really feel all too different just more sore locally. My right side after I injected had a bigger initial effect. No burning or anything just more soreness. This could be because putting needles into muscles = soreness haha. Tomorrow is calves and although Sunday is my off day I am starting a day late so I am going to do glutes on Sunday.

I hope to update daily on how my injections, weight, appetite, etc are going, and give weekly measurements on my different muscles.

In case you are skimming this, I need to know if I should get 2mcg of air in my syringe first so I can get ALL the IGF out so there is none just chilling in the needle when I am done. Thanks. I use 28 1/2 needles.

Today I hit up my calves. Apparently yesterday I conted the 0 mark as 1 so I prolly only put 15mcg into each quad. I made sure I had 25mcg in each calf today. They feel more sore, but not much else is going on.
 
Alright, I am moving my workout on Monday to Sunday so instead of shooting glutes Sunday I moved them up to tonight, but only did 15mcg in each because I had hit my calves today 25mcg in each earlier. Tomorrow I am hitting Bis after my workout.. I slept a lot today and I have been eating a ton.. but that trend started before the IGF.. now I know it's going somewhere. I am hoping by the end of 6 weeks to have put on 8-10 pounds of muscle which I know I can do if I am diligent in my workouts and eating.
 
Yesterday after hitting my glutes with 15mcg in each my right shoulder join experienced a bit of pain, but I read that somewhere it'll happen when you get to higher doses so I just drank water.

I hit my bis today. Had a pretty good workout. IGF makes my biceps sore. Probably because it is causing cell divison (hyperplasia) which is probably just as taxing as working em out (hypertrophy). It's also probably the AA. Anyhow, things are good so far, I am just eating like crazy. I am hoping towards the end of this cycle to start some cardio to cut up.
 
Poked my lats today. My right side had a little blood come out when I pulled out the needle after injection, but no blood in the syringe when I aspirated so *shrug*

I always eat right before or right after I poke, but I am thinking of waiting to see its effectiveness on hunger.
 
I don't think I am going to inject in the glutes. Too much fatty tissue to penetrate with the pin. My injection sites feel a little tender and its been 15 minutes and I massaged 10 of that. Good luck bro and keep posting so I can see how you are doing.
 
You guys massage that long? I generally rub out the spot for 30-60 seconds tops. I can get right into muscle on my glutes, I am like 15% BF.

I am thinking of going to twice a day shots, but don't think I'll have enough needles to last me that many shots haha. I figure I have 1800mcg left and 22 days of shots (everyday except wednesdays). I have 91 needles so that works out of 80mcg/day. I am thinking of doing 20/20 bilaterally in the morning and 20/20 in the evening or PWO. I intend to drink lots of water because when I did 25/25 then 15/15 at night my shoulder join/socket was in a little pain...

Tomorrow I hit chest.. gonna try this 20/20 20/20 business. My chest is my main focus along with cutting BF.. so I am pumped, excuse the pun.
 
I hit lower outside of chest 9:30AM 20/20 and the soreness/dull pain I normally get from injects I feel the most from this one; I am hoping to hit another 20/20 at 9:30PM on the upper inner part.
 
Hit upper inner chest at 9:30PM 20/20. I always manage with ONE aspiration when I pull out and let go that my IGF shoots in or goes somewhere and that injection isn't as sore as the other one where I see it go in. That's just paranoia I guess ;) Anyhow, not as painful; have a pretty sweet pump going. Can't wait to hit this Thursday doing legs then next Monday chest/back, having hit those muscle groups with IGF.

I don't feel an increased hunger.. but that is because I am always eating.. I can tell from my diet this is making me eat a LOT more. It's sweet and I am not gaining too much fat either. After Thanksgiving I will do a cutting phase til new year.
 
Today is my off day but yesterday and today when I stretch I can feel some pressure / really dull pain in my sternum. Maybe my ribcage is growing :) Who knows I might end up a greyhound :p
 
On a sidenote I am hitting legs tomorrow and eating a ton of BBQ (protein) so that's got me excited. The amount of belly fat I am NOT gaining and the amount of food I am eating (increased appetite) is crazy. I am getting noticeably bigger and am getting some great naps in. I am not gaining weight though *shrug*
 
I had some weird pain in my outer ribcage tonight. I can't tell if it is just my lats being really sore or what.
 
you wont gain much scale weight on IGF-1 unless you are stacking it with AAS. On my last cycle for 6 weeks I gained 3 lbs which I was extremely pleased with since it was pure LBM. Dont expect to see changes on the scale, but changes in the mirror.
 
Hit the front part of outter quads PWO... wow I might of hit a nerve on the left because I felt like a 'stringy' thing was nicked or something and it was much sorer than the right side. My right side I had to poke twice because first one hurt too much going in lol so I decided to change. Anyhow.. it was like I had done another workout using my quads was like impossible.. only normal walking.

My PM shots were into the teardrop and those are now sore. Tomorrow is calves, Sat is glutes, then Chest on Sunday (workout day). Pretty good so far. I am hoping to have put on 5-8lbs of pure muscle after 6 weeks. I am pretty sure with IGF and the amount I am eating I can do it.
 
Hit outter calves this morning and they are sore. When I pulled out of my right one some DARK red blood came out, a decent amount, but nothing too alarming. Luckily my calf feels sore, meaning the IGF didn't come out :)

One crazy thing I noticed is I am at 205 now. Consistently 205lbs. From 200lbs on the dot. I decided to change up my leg workout and man my legs are DEAD AND I pretty much put on 5lbs in like a day... I don't know how this is possible, but the scale doesn't lie and I haven't eaten more calories than I have been, nor have I been more/less active. If anything the workout I did would have burnt calories because I hadn't lifted since Sunday.

I haven't put up my initial measurements besides weight, but I hope to this weekend put up the initial and current. I am pretty shocked so far. We will see what the numbers say.

EDIT: Hit lower inner calves... real sore now. Glutes tomorrow.

I can't believe I am only one week in and I have 5 more to go. At this rate I will be 230lbs =P My quads and chest measurement are noticeably bigger from last time too. I gotta get the exact numbers up here.

Inner upper glutes AM, outter lower glutes PM.

Soreness from legs is wearing off. Glutes and quads looking huge. I can see where my extra weight (which is back to fluxuating) is coming from. I am thinking I am on track for 2-3lbs per week of almost all muscle.. I am hoping for 15 lbs of muscle after 6 weeks putting me at 215 by thanksgiving. Then I intend to cut to 210 and 12% BF by Christmas.
