hey i was in the bathroom trimming the nose hairs and i noticed somthing. i had a grey nose hair now fellas i can understand grey hair. but a grey nose hair come on i am ageing from the inside out this is some bullshit. would someone pass the hgh please.lol

I've had them for a while. They grow like 10x faster than normal hairs too. lol!!

You learn to live with them. Just wait till you get gray body hair. Haven't seen them yet- but I suspect they will be coming...

Just wait bro. I thought that too. Don't get me wrong I'm not "old" by any means but I'm starting to feel it creeping up on me. Gaining and losing wait is becoming more difficult for me. It seems like my body likes to stay at a comfortable level now rather bulk and cut all the time.

I turn 34 in a few days and noticed some grey chin hairs. I have blonde hair so the hair on my head hides them if I have them. Getting old stinks. Everytime I do heavy legs I get fluid on my knees too. I think I would rather have grey hair than fluid on my knees however.

bad thing about it im 23 and my knees are like 45 lol. I caught for 13 years for baseball and put that on top of squats deads etc. since i was 16 and i got torn cartilage everywhere lol. At night when i walk through the house after ive been asleep it sounds like popcorn going off.

Second the popcorn notion. I ran cross country. 10 miles a day for years. Only place I run to now is the bathroom to pee constantly because of an enlarged prostate from aas. LOL Actually mine got screwed up from a bad infection from sinus meds and never has been the same since.
