Okay today I decided I would go ahead and run the last little bit of igf in my vial which is probably like a weeks worth at 40 mcgs. I injected pwo in my left tri and within about 5 seconds I was shaking and had a bad chill come all over me. I aspirated the needle and no blood or anything. I also took some no xplode before I worked out and my arms are shaky so it could have just been some weird anxiety reaction, but it scared the living crap out of me. I am starting to calm down some now but it was very intense for a few minutes. Ever happen to you? I downed some sugary coke and ate a granola bar incase it was hypoglycemia. I am feeling a little better, but my anxiety kicked in and it will probably take a while for me to fully calm down.

I checked my blood sugar about 45 minutes later and it was 99. I kinda figured thats what it was. If it was 99 after downing all the simple carbs I am guessing it was low when I shot it. It was only like 30 minutes after I worked out and I had not taken in any carbs before the workout.

Yes, you went hypo just a little. You have to increase your carb intake a little when you use IGF. It isn't called Insulin-like growth factor for nothing.

yup thats why i dont take it cause it scares me. I had it pretty bad once i stuck my head under the coke machine at taco bell lmao. they wouldnt get my food out and i needed some simple carbs

It funny because usually I am devouring complex carbs by the boatloads, but ran out of every single kind I usually have. My wife came home from Arkansas this weekend with a box full of contour blood sugar monitors and strips. I am going to watch my blood sugar closer as well as dropping more carbs before the workout. I took it for 2.5 weeks and never had that happen the first time. I think that is probably what scared me so bad.

Everytime I took igf after this I always took in carbs before and I was fine. I know everyone is not susceptible to hypo like me but I think its good to know.

OK i'm going to buy 2 bottles of IGF. Do an 8 week cycle. I'm 5'8 170-175 pounds. Whats a good dosage? And what are some foods I should be eating before and after I take the IGF?
