sleeping pills

I took some Unisom last night to ensure I got a good 8 hours of sleep last night. When I woke up 8 hours later (pretty much on the dot, no alarm), I took my piss as usual. The thing I noticed was that I didn't have to piss really bad. I usually have to wake up at least 3 times to piss in the middle of the night. I searched the web, but couldn't find anything too credible. I did read somewhere that on sleeping pills you get less REM sleep. Does anyone know if you recover the same on sleeping pills? I didn't feel drowsy at all today. I actually have more energy than usual.

Unisom is awesome for me. Works better than script stuff for me but it does make me groggy when I awake. Im currently trying Nocturnabol but it's been making me want to sleep 12 hours.

but there are others im gonna try also like:

I did a sleep study and I know when im in REM when I dream. When I dont dream I wake up really tired.

I'm like Cyphon in that if I don't dream, I wake up really tired. Dreaming helps cognitive abilities in some way.

Yeah the sleep study doc told me dreaming suggest's your in the deepest REM although some people dream in early stages of REM and depending of the intensity of the dream they never quite make it too regenerative deep sleep.

Ambien and other script sleep meds dont do jack for me. GHB was the best and its available by script as XYREM but its so expensive and docs dont like to prescribe it.......which is too bad since GHB is so safe and healthy when used resposibly.

I think sleep problems are associated with low thyroid.. When I take T3 or Armour Thyroid, I sleep like a baby.

Gear, mostly tren always messes with my sleep schedule. I find myself taking sleeping pills atleast 1x per week.

I have been using them recently Zopiclone..feel groggy but supplement I used Lean Dreams I can't remember from who but worked really well.Sleep was solid but the freakiest dreams too, gotta get some more of that stuff.

never heard of it. I use tylenol pm from time to time actually probably too much but damn it helps me get a full nights rest.

Fummy you mentioned that as I just picked up liquid Tylenol Pm today:)
Alieve is better for the aches & pains but the Pm works till the am.

i dont take it for aches lol i just take it to get me to sleep. Once im asleep im usually fatigued enough where i can sleep close to 8 hours its just getting to sleep thats tough for me.

I upped my clen dose in the morning to 100mcgs. That with tren has started to mess with my sleep. after 4 bad nights of sleep, i decided to take sominex last night. It took over an hour to hit me, but i finally went down like a ton of bricks.

I have tried Serequel, Trazadone, Tylenol PM, Melatonin, and a couple others I forget the name of.

All the prescription ones I hated. I woke up feeling like crap and was more tired than if I had just gotten a poor night's sleep. The Tylenol PM worked for like 2 days then did nothing.

The Melatonin I think has been helping a little bit. One thing that seems to make me pretty tired though is soaking my feet in an Epsom Salt bath. I have lingering pain in my left ankle from the repair of my perineal tendon a couple years ago and the Epsom Salt bath helps the pain. It drains me though, and sometimes the next day I feel exhausted. I read the an Epsom Salt bath is supposed to draw toxins out of your body so it might be beneficial in more than one way. May be worth looking into.

Im not planning on taking more clen than 100mcgs per day. Im going to be alternating with t3 soon. so hopefully i wont have to take sleeping pills very often.

But i do feel great today.
