back into making shakes

alright... its been ages since i've had the blender out. Infact, i just had to buy a new one. But seriously, i forgot how nice it is to make shakes in the morning.

right now,

1 banana
1/2 of yogart (strawberry)
blue berries or cranberries
cup of milk
Steamed broccoli (cooked ahead of time)
2 scoops of protein powder (40 grams)
ice cubes....

what are you guys putting in yours???
 
2 scoops protein
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
8oz milk
water to fill


putting broccoli in there doesn't sound to good.

It went from great sounding.......banana........strawberry yogurt....blue berries.........milk..........BROCCOLI!?!?!?!?

Are you serious about that? No offense but to me....................................

it's like waxing your 1million dollar exotic vehicle with NU-finish.

It's like topping your banana split with turd balls.

It's like a nice body on a girl but a face you have to bag.

It's like putting the round peg into the square hole.

It's like pressers speedo avatar without the speedo. AHHHHH!


Seriously though......are you serious and why? what does it do to the taste?

a little broccoli every day wont kill you. Plus, its really good for you. Seriously cant taste it in the shake anyway, with the yogurt and milk...

lol, he's like a goat! they eat anything!

being a goat though, its not far from a sheep. so he should look out for IP - that guy wont even give the decency of a reach-around.
 
cooked up some black beans last night. They have 7g of protein in 1/4 cup, plus fiber.

So im adding them to my shakes in the morning. Makes them more filling.
 
WEIGHT GAIN
FLAX SEED OIL
FROZEN BERRIES
OATS
PEANUT BUTTER
AND SOME SPROUTS

OK I WAS JOKING ABOUT THE SPROUTS.
just a thought why dont you freez the broccoli then u can leave out the ice cudes u could do the same with the sprouts.
 
I love the following:

3 scoops protein (usually differnt types)
1 cup oats grinded in coffee grinder
24oz skim milk
1 tsp flax oil
