Keeping logs of weights?

Does anyone NOT do this?  Discounting some core exercises, I've begun grabbing something, and working that muscle part to failure - lowish reps though.  It's something different for me that I seem to enjoy right now.

I've tracked my weights off and on.  I don't do it now though.  I just remember the last weight I used and go from there.  It is pretty cool to find something that you wrote down over a year ago and see how far you've come though.  I do log my measurements, bodyweight, bf%...

I honestly think that this is the reason that I've made such great gains this cycle.  After every excercise, I would write down the weight and reps.  Looking back to the first day of my cycle I have made some huge gains.  Before every excercise I would look at the previous week weights.  My goal is to either increase the weight with the same amount of reps as the week before or do the same weight with at least one more rep than the week before.

I used to, but I just remember now. I know exactly how much I lifted for each exercise and how many reps I got last week. Later

i keep notes of my wrokouts but really don't bring it into the gym with me.. i have enough shit to carry around the gym when i go.. i just do it to see how good i'm doing.. and i have my wife take a picture of me every month too.. just my stupid stuff i do..

I keep notes of my work out.  Never did in all the years I have lifted but just started maybe 2 months.  I weigh myself once a week.

i do it, especially during a cycle. i keep track of my weight, bodyfat and weights lifted. its really cool to see how much strength you have gained.

I usually keep track when i switch up my routines. Other than that I have just been going to failure every set.
