what do you guys think helps empty your stomach the best??

I know high doses of IGF does but i'm looking for something a bit cheaper

btw if you guys think ghrp6 is the best let me know

i'll just bump up the dose b/c right now it doesn't really empty my stomach or increase hunger

GHRP-6 empties your stomach pretty well, especially at higher doses. What dosage have you been using? 400mcg will flush you out pretty well.

yeah I don't dose that high.

I just dose at 100mcgs

I jumped up to 200mcgs and have the runs

Yeah, it'll do that to you. You must be pretty sensitive to it if that happens at 200mcg. I only got it at 400mcg or higher.
