what type of carbs of injecting insulin?

Need some help guys, about to start insulin for the first time but confused on how many per unit and what type of carbs to take after injecting? Does it need to be sugar carbs or not?

Just started my cycle Dec 1 and am ready to throw Insulin in the mix. Here is what im doing.

HGH
IGF
Test Cyp
Deca
D-bol
Humilun R-going to start with 4iu and go up from there.
 
they say 10 carbs per unit. I always like to do a little more to be safe
I usually do oatmeal, waxy maize, or a carbo force

do your homework man and be careful. Know what your getting in to
 
Good dosage to start out with. Like supermannpc mentioned, a mix of fast and slow-digesting carbs is good, and the general rule is 10gm/iu of insulin.

is there any particular reason ur using "Humalin R" instead of "Humalog" other then availability, u can realy realy fuck up on humalin r brutha! as im sure u know, just stay safe and try to get some humalg for the love of GOD

Yeah I couldnt find Humalog. Let me know if you know a source.
