Just a quick overview for ya.
150mg Prop EOD 10 weeks
80mg Tren EOD 10 weeks
Ramping t-3 up to 100mcg then back down for 8 weeks total. I have really started noticing visual things more than strength. I changed my workout at the same time I started so the strength gains aren't that noticeable since I am not doing excercises that I know my poundage limitations.
Oh yeah...muscles are hard as hell...veins that i never knew I had are starting to show...especially in my inner thigh. Getting vascular...and I am in no way shape or form at a good BF% lol.
I have been training two muscle groups at a time. 4 excercises per muscle. 5 sets... ALL to failure....starting with around 15 reps and last set is somewhere around 6.
My diet is pretty clean...I am having trouble getting my 300-350g protein ED. I am taking in about 2500-2800 calories. I think my gains will be slow but solid. Bulking is much more fun!!
