Holiday Diet Sabotage

I totally fell into the rut of eating bad during the holidays, but I don't feel too guilty about it. There's no way I could resist all the seafood, pasta, brownies, sugar cookies and other goodies that have been around this week. I enjoyed (almost) every minute of it. I'm getting tired of eating crap, but I'm enjoying the last few days of it. Come next week, I am starting my diet and training for an NPC show in April. :D It's my first and I'm hoping I have the willpower to get through it without succumbing to weakness...

On a positive note, I returned to the gym earlier this week (first time since my surgery in November) and spent half the week walking around sore. I definitely loved every minute of THAT!

How did you ladies do?
 
That's because you spent the month of December feeding me anything and everything in sight. Thankfully, I have a fast metabolism to counteract your efforts and I'm back down to pre-BA weight! :p
 
Since it's my first comp, I'm starting with the Suburban in Paterson on April 18th. Then, I'll decide if I think I'd like to compete in any other shows this season. Are you doing any?
