View Full Version : New to IGF, Do I have everything planned right?

Alright fellas I have been out of the AAS world for a while and taking my time getting back into it.
I have been reading your post on IGF and want to give it a run, tell me if I got everything right….
My primary focus is strength and endurance, I am not worried about size anymore, of course I want to look good but who doesn’t.

I am 170lbs, 13% body fat, 5’6. I am fine with that weight and defiantly don’t want to go over 180lbs, prefer to stay from 160-170lbs for work reasons.

Here’s my plan…..
IGF for 6 weeks - 40mcg s per work out day ( 4 days a week) IM injections, bi lateral, 20mcgs per muscle.

IGF should be here in a few days.
I am going to order 1cc sticks, and if I am right that’s 20mcgs per tick.
I will preload the stick around 2 hours before I am through working out and inject with in 5 min of finishing my workout.

This is my first IGF cycle, am I missing anything? Will I have to pre mix it? Or do anything besides keep it in the fringe and cool?

One month break then….

MY SECOND CYCLE
This is an odd cycle but I m totally worried about hair loss so I am trying to avoid it and water retention……if you think this dumbass cycle just tell me and ill change it.

This is going to be a lean bulking cycle, I know there is really not such thing as a lean - bulking cycle but what I am getting at is I don’t want water retention and I don’t want side effects, also I am not that interested in gaining wt.

Primabolan depot - 300mg per week for 8 weeks
Propionate - 100 mg every other day for 8 weeks
Arimidex - .5mg per day for 8 weeks
PTC….?? Not sure, I want to keep whatever gains I can but also want to get my natural test up as quick as possible, I thought about running HCG, but would prefer to run clomid only. …. What do you guys think?

I would run the IGF every day for the 6 weeks but thats preference. Make sure you order U-100 insulin sticks. the 10 mark is 100mcg so 20mcg is a tick line.

You can preload our whole IGF cycle and keep in the fridge.

A lean bulking cycle is simply a cycle where you focus on making lean quality gains without the water or over consumption of calories for fat accumulation.
Of course with that type of cycle you dont make huge gains in size and strength but I do see what your point is. Clean gains.

Cyphone If you run igh every day were do you inject on your rest days? And do you break it up into two diffrent shots?

Also what do you think about that simple bulking cycle? Any subjestions as far as pct?

I used the IGF on my left arm to repair an imbalance. I got great results taking 40mcg in the morning and 40mcg in the evening. Usually 30 minutes before food or a shake.

Primo is very very week and not usually used for bulking. It wont do much for you in that regard. Your cycle looks more like a cuting cycle but if your looking for small lean gains than youre fine. With that small amount of gear you can do simple PCT with clomid for 2-4 weeks at 25-50mg/daily.

I highly doubt you will have trouble rebounding from such a light cycle.

Excellent, ill run the clomid through the cycle then and be sure to get a shake 30min or so after i inject...anything else as far as safety goes and sugar levels when dealing with igf?

No, youre very conservative. Very good chance you will be very healthy afterwords.

Thanks for helping me out man... so im taking a guess here but you would inject one of the muscles previously worked the day before on the off day? Usally i work atleast two muscle groups per workout day so i dont think that would be a problem, for example chest and tris, i would hit chest the first day and on the off day hit tri...that what you subjest?


I know im conservative but i can tell you i was a dip shit in the past and made some mistakes..... it would be easy to get back into heavy cycles and never being content, it took two years to break that habbit and my body took a toll, now i want to play it a little simpler, besides my goals are all about strength and as much as i would love to run some Tren and a heavy test cycle i would lose most of the strength before my time off would be over and i would be back to running non stop cycles. So im going to try this approch and see how it goes, i plan to run igf then simple AAS cycles for a year or so, not back to back..say a total of 4 or so rotations througout the year and see what kinda gains i can make. Since i have been clean for 2 yrs now and for the last yr have been making decent strength gains i feel like i can get away with light cycles for atleast a year or maybe much longer.

I trained ( and occasionally still do ) a guy who has done light cycles for 10 years.

His cycles where always 8 weeks long with 8-16 weeks off. He only did 250mg test/week and 200mg deca/week. He does 2 weeks PCT weith nolva or clomid.

His patience and low dose cycles have paid off. He never had any side effects. 10 years ago he was 6 ft 170lb's.....But he had alot of fat although he looked skinny.

Now he is 235lb's very lean and very strong. He has stuck with that same type of cycle for ten years and continues to this day.

Anyway to answer your question. The beauty of IGF is that it's very flexible when it comes to where to administer. Personally I was bringing up lagging forearm and bi on my left side so since I was doing two inj. a day (morning and before bed) I would hit my forearms in the morning and bi at night. It only took 60 days to bring those parts even with my right side.

You can spot shoot your muscles before and after workouts.......it's up to you. You can use your off days to spot shoot those sore muscles or the muscle you feel are lagging the most......try it and see if it works for you. trust your instincts.
