Sterilizing open vials

Which is better to use to sterilize open vials Ba or Isopropyl alcohol or do does it make a difference.I've read all I can find but there are so many different opinions and they all seem to be old.

i use iso with no problem at all

Thanks.Ba just seemed like it would get a little more expensive to wash them in.

I use a steam baby bottle sterilizer and use iso and distilled water solution.

And should I wash them with antibacterial soap first or just use the alcohol?

i only use soap if im re-using them, then the alcohol..

Meythanol. (Heet) kills all known bacterias. Just dry in oven for 10 min at 25. Been doing it for past 5 yrs
