Forget to tighten the top of their protein shaker?

I did. I'm at work. Wasn't thinking about it, was multi-tasking, and went to shake the bottle.

Water, powder, on my monitor, desk, shirt, tie, everything. FUCK.

yep.
can u believe you put that sticky crap in ya body it not the easyest thing to clean.
i spilt mine and i made it with milk. nice.i was using a hand blender and knocked it over on the carpet

I remeber my best friend put some creatine powder in his mouth and he ended up choking.......he coughed up the creatine and there was a white cloud around his cubicle at work.........that was really freakin funny.

Ive had the seal from the shaker bottle fall out without me noticing and when I went to drink the stuff just pour all over my pants and shirt at work........since then I always brought backup clothe to work.

Shit happens.

Ive done that at least half a dozen times. once it blew all over the wall at work....once it exploded upward all over the kitchen including the ceiling.

the only thing worse than cleaning it up, is missing some. It turns to granite after it drys and you gotta chip it off whatever its stuck on.

Anyone ever drop their mp3 player on the treadmill or piece of cardio equiptment.. and it goes tumbling away and everyone sees it and pretends they don't, meanwhile you're telling yourself how much of a fucking moron you must look like..

I've done the protein shake thing, but not the mp3 player, lol. Cyphon, that creatine story made me laugh hard. I would have died laughing to see that. Sounds like it is straight out of a cartoon.

I accidentally put noxplode in not paying attention. I shook it and booom. The cap popped off and shot some in the air no kidding. LOL

aHHHHHHHHHHH that sucks. I did that one day while i was training a new client, all over my new white adidas pants..... and her new sneakers. Needless to say the session was free

haha i usually do this when im rushed and in a hurry,, it sucks because it takes me even longer to clean up

ha yea ive done it more then once im sure. Once i was sitting in my truck about to hit the gym and shook one of the shakers that you just press the lid on instead of screw. Well i had some stuff similar to NO xplode in it and i guess it carbonated up or something because as i was shaking it the lid blew off and my whole truck was pink. Took like a 4 hour detail to get it all clea.
