Just started my first run of IGF this past week. I am doing 40mcg a day. 20mcg on each side immediately post work out. I am hitting my delts, tris, bis, and chest on work out days. On my off days I apply to my abdomen.

Here are a few things I have noticed so far.

1. The stuff causes me to go a little hypo if I don't get some carbs/sugar within a few minutes after I take it. With carbs this isn't a problem at all.

2. The first few applications burn/ swell up a bit. After a week this isn't happening at all anymore.

3. It's still a little early but I think I am gong to love the stuff. I have always had problems getting my bis to grow in proprtion to the rest of my body but all of a sudden I notice huge gains with them..

I'll take some measurements and get them posted up here in the next few days. I don't think there will be a huge difference with my stats but I will update them as I see progress.
