ok well many of you know last year early June on the 6th actualy paypal shut down my merchant account I had with them for a while and I even had a paypal representative help me with it and told them all the products I would be selling so there was no problem down the line, and ofcourse it was good for while and around April I told my wife who is a school teacher not to worry about working summer school for the extra money, things were good and I wanted her to have the whole 2.5 months off to herself and just sun bath all day on the deck and garden. So she didnt put in for the summer gig which pays around 3k for the summer .

So on June 6th I go into my Paypal account to find these sleeze bags shut down my account and froze roughly $900. I was unable to have paypal reopen my merchant account and it took me until mid August to get approved for a new merchant account as i was told time after time that selling nutritional supplements is considered a high risk account along the line with gambling and porn merchant accounts, so it took til the end of summer to get a new account to accept payments for our store. Needless to say We struggled all summer.

Now here comes my current Rant and rave . these paypal pricks told me that after 180 days they would release my money to me and send me a check. So that would roughly be me getting a check right after December 6th. Perfecr right! Just in time for Christmas shopping ....WRONG!

here we are in Mid february and still no $900 check from paypal, and to make matters much worse these pricks just called me stating I owe them money and that my account was in collections with an attorny who is trying to recover the money I owe them! WTF is going on nopw i am asking myself!

You type paypal into google AND THE TOP 50 PAGES IS ALL ABOUT PAYPAL RIPPING PEOPLE OFF TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

Sooner or later theirs going to be a television commercial broadcasting a "Class Action Lawsuit" Against these pricks, and I will be first in line to file my case. I want my fucking money back! And GOD only knows what they are doing to my credit with them saying i owe them money.

I honestly couldnt get any angrier right now or I would explode. Sorry i had to let it out here!!!

Have you talked to a lawyer Bro? Maybe they'd release your money sooner if you had a lawyer put the squeeze on them. I've never liked paypal.

that sucks bro. Ive heard paypal trying to rip so many people off. Ive used them several times for small items through car forums etc. Thats the only time i really use them. Try the lawyer thing just try not to get too much money caught up in it because then it will be more harm then good for ya. Good luck bro hope you get it all situated soon.

Im the same way, I only use them to send money when I buy shit on ebay. But I never keep any money in the account and never do any business over $100. The rules with them is the same with buying gear - "dont send more than you're willing to lose".

Press, how can they say you owe them money? I don't see how that is even possible. The only money they get is from the small cut they take from incoming transactions. Considering they have the whole lump sum of your money, you don't owe them jack. What are they saying you owe them for?

probably saying that to get him to just give up on trying to collect his money back.
