American Recovery and Investment Act of 2009

I was actually wondering exactly what this entails. I just keep wondering how long we can go on spending money we really don't have. I don't get deficit spending and I really don't know how they can keep forking out money that isnt "backed" with capital.

I think the thought is to just make future generations pay for it - you know we dont plan ahead for the future anymore
