application and pain

so Ive been applying to my arms - once a day. 2 biceps and 2 triceps. So thats one application per spot every 4 days.

does anyone get sore from this applications? Like right now, my triceps are sore and my biceps are really sore - like I just worked them out really hard. Is is normal?

Im just wondering because Ive read about the issue of "tissue necrosis" where ever IGF hits the muscle. Im wondering if the pain Im feeling is from necrosis. Which would have to be a bad thing right? If so, maybe I should introduce more application sites?

I always get an elevated feeling of tenderness. I won't say pain but the application sport is always somewhat irritated. I can say this confidently, that my arms were nearly half an inch bigger while applying there. It seems like the tissue was irritated and had some swelling to some extent.

ive had site swelling when applying other things, but not igf.

Does the IGF disperse to more areas of the body than the site you apply it? Or do you just do site applications so it works on those muscle more than others?

It does affect the applied muscle first, then it goes out into the rest of the body.
