Myostatin blockers

There are currently two, one passed clinical trial level 2, its from wyeth and called MYO-029. Its not actually an inhibitor per se, its an antibody specifically designed to attack the myostatin peptide. It will NOT be developed because while it was deemed safe it had no significant effects on the dosages used.

(it should be published in the peer reviewed magazine "Duh"...antibodies as inhibitors is more or less a stupid idea for anything more than mouse research)

The other one was developed in john hopkins uni called ACVR2B and its actually a receptor antagonist of shorts. Gives very good results, like 60% muscle mass increase in three weeks in mice. Too bad it kills them because it ihibits other important signaling pathways. But hell at least they are buff:p

I think the myostatin thing died awhile back......while it was gonna make everyone a giant despite genetics it didnt quite work but you can get cloned and make the new you workout, eat and train better.

If i get my wife cloned, and then bang the clone... is that cheating??

LoL....thats some funny shit!!!! Nah i just had heard it could be obtainable, just thought id check...had a few dumn asses hit me up to see if i could get it but i didnt know the name of it. But Cyphons right, nothing beat the ol'school way, of busting your ass!!!

More recently there has been more development in this area. One injection provided an average gain of 2 pounds in human subjects. Does anyone know more besides saying, that this is not being done because I know it is.

Thanks
