paralyzed below the knee

So 1 set of failure was on the agenda for one legged calve raises , I didnt go to failure just high rep and stopped right under 100 reps on the calve raises because I knew I needed to work up to complete failure or be completely ruined the following day or day after that day.

Even without complete failure my hamstrings and calve muscles feel conjoined their so still. If I walk with my legs straight it puts stretch on my calves and makes me feel stumble from the pain.

Day after didnt hurt all that bad , 2nd day after really tore up , I dont think running the day after helped either.
