Started my MC IGF today!!! Got an email from Presser Thursday saying it shipped out and got it in the mail Saturday. Talk about speedy shipping! :)

I am doing 40mcg bilat ED. On non work out days I will use it to get my lagging left side up to speed with my right. Today was Back and Biceps. Stepped up my SuperPump to 1.5 scoops, next week will probably go to 2. Got some great pumps from just that so I can't wait to see when the IGF kicks in.

Came home and applied to outer biceps. Application was totally painless. I must admit I was a little apprehensive about it. I have had plenty of doctors give me things, and have donated blood, but there's something different about sticking yourself. But it was no problem. Not really sure what to expect as far as discomfort or how long until IGF kicks in but right now I feel great.

This morning, straight out of bed I weighed in at 188lbs, balls in hand. No idea on body fat but pretty lean. If I had to guess I would say around 10-12% or so. I took pictures the other day but will probably wait to post those until my cycle is over and just put up before and after pics.

One questions, has anyone applied to the forearms? I know there's a lot of veins but my forearm strength could use some work.

Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
 
nice bro good luck, i wouldnt run forearms personally too much risk of nerves etc. there. Keep the log up and keep us posted.
 
dont worry about applying straight to forearm. Its not necessary. IGF does do site enhancement, but your forearms will benefit at the same time.
 
Just thought of a question. When I withdrew, even though I took my time, I still got a small air bubble. I tried to get it out before application but was unable to get the air 100% out. There wasn't much air but I just want to make sure that won't be a problem?

no shouldnt be an issue bro. It takes over a full cc of air to really cause problems, im shooting you a pm though.

Well I just started today but felt great all day. Both arms are a little sore, feels like a combination of a huge pump and the soreness you get after a strenuous workout. Nothing painful, but noticeable. I'm sure that will go away with use.

Going to hit abs, lower back and obliques tomorrow. Debating on an application site. Will update tomorrow morning.

If this is your first time doing IGF then 40mcg's should be plenty...I really notice a fat burning effects around 80mcg's to 100mcg's...That is probably to expensive for most, but for me it seems to work better at those doses...Bis, tri's and chest are best places to apply IGF...IMO...

I bet by the end of the week, you will notice that your leaner (as long as diet is good, hell my diet isnt that great and im staying as lean as before) and your pumps will be sick...

Did core stuff today. Applied the IGF bilat to inner biceps today. Feeling fine. Soreness from yesterday's application was totally gone this morning when I woke up. Arms are a little sore now from today's application though. Any tips for keeping a steady hand while applying? I was a little shaky which I think contributed to the soreness. I applied immediately after returning home which is within 3 min of my last set so I'm sure it was partly from still being pumped.

Also, what do you guys think of reducing the dosage on days off to lengthen the cycle? I am wondering if it's more effective to have a consistant 40mcg/day dose for 7 weeks, or do smaller doses on days of to stretch the cycle to 8 or 9 weeks? Any thoughts?
 
Some of it was probably you were tired from the workout and some is just your new to it. It takes a while to get the full swing of it. Some people like me just will always shake lol. Try resting your arm on something etc. when you apply.

About lengthening that would work go down to 20mcg's when your not working out and stay at 40 on workout days. You could also go 5 on 2 off some people swear by that as well. It really comes down to preference i think both ways work great just learn what you like best ;).
 
Yeah, I've read about 5on/2off. I just don't know if the IGF levels would deplete during those 2 days. I just want to make sure I get the most out of it, ya know? After all, it wasn't cheap..haha

I mean, usually I have that mid-day dip where I feel tired for a couple hours, but today I felt exhausted. Is that a side from the IGF? I am eating plenty and had carbs before and after application so I don't think that's a problem. Any thoughts?
