Ever cleaned your keyboard?

I just washed my keyboard last night, Took all the keys off and washed it int he sink with soap and water OMG. Hair, skin, everything gross you can imagine in that bastard. It was absolutely disgusting. It works now though, dryed it really well over a powerful fan over night and part of the day today. I think i may just buy a cheap keyboard and replace it when it gets dirty this was terrible. If you have never cleaned yours you would be amazed at how much nasty shit comes out of it.

BTW my method of this in no way proves that your keyboard will ever work again after getting it wet lol this was just my method and results.

lol, i just hold my lap top upside down and shake it, all kinds of shit pops out, i know its time to clean it when i hit a letter key and it doesnt push down, then i know i prolly have a dirty old toe nail clipping under the key,lmao eeewwwww

^^ true that son, i could have nitted a fuckin sweater. It really was eye opening though lol. Im gonna start wiping it down with clorox wipes or something to keep the keys clean. germs everywhere

I use that compressed CO2 spray to clean it out whenever I got home b/c both my in-laws and my rents have bottles of it.

keyboards are really cheap to buy online.

you would probably still be amazed at the shit you cant get too inside the keys etc. Mine was straight nasty and i use air everyonce in a while to clean it as well.

mine has about half a cup of dried chew spit in it, and it still works! haha

pretty gross lol, i chewed for 5 years though so i know how that goes haha.
