Well I think Ive documented my lack of arm symmetry enough but I have been applying igf to only my left side except for one application in the right bi a week. I do rotations of inner and outer heads on bis and hit my tri heads and if I have any soreness I do shoulder applications. I noticed today that while doing triceps with dumbells that my left arm was actually less tired when I was doing my sets. My strength is actually higher in my non dominant arm. It has to be the igf.
