My Wife Breakes Everything...now the Explorer again!

I just got my explorer back after i had to have a new transmission put into it, well wife took it to work today and the fucking transmission wasnt timing into gear properly, I swear to GOD if it isnt one thing its a fucking nother! its a 2003 so its still a newer style explorer and with low miles as i take care of my shit, be it a car truck, electronics ect.....

It seems to me every time my wife drives one of our vehicles she breaks it!! She beats her car to the point it has been in the shop, so she has been driving our explorer to work and ofcourse she calls me telling me she had to drop it off at shop with transmission problems

this women of mine has litterly gone through countless back tires from blow outs from cutting to close to curbs, and i honestly can say we have gone through countless break pads and rotors because she doesnt know how to come to a stop nice and calm, she flys up to a stop and then jams on the fucking breaks, she doesnt warm up the vehicles in the winter she gets in turns the fucking key and revs out to work!

I know she did something wrong this time to have a new transmission (1 month old) break again! I dont know what to do with her,lol, honestly she doesnt know how to take care of our vehicles!

She cracks on me and says I drive like an OLD Lady which i do, but i save money in the long run cause i baby my cars since i was a kid i learned earlier that mechanics cost an arm and a leg and if u dont know how to fix ur own vehicles then u had better take care of em!

The problem is My wifes dad, My father-in-law owns a nice little corvette renovation shop, and does awsome work and can build a car with his closed compared to me, so i think she has beaten her vehicles since she was a kid knowing her dad could or would fix it, i just cant think of any other reason why she will not drive like a fucking Human Being!!!lol

OK MY RANT IS OVER FOR NOW, I WILL RANT MORE WHEN I GET THIS NEW TRANSMISSION BILL!:curse::curse::curse:

I feel ya press....mine has been slipping in my little dodge for 2 years now. I don't drive it long distances anymore, but don't have the money to get it rebuilt the way it needs to be. So I do what little work I can on it and I keep hoping that it'll last a bit longer. It's scary as hell though when I'm a ways from home crusin at 70 and the thing red-lines on me for about 3 minutes. I know one day it isn't going to come back down...but until then...I will keep driving it.

presser, its not a "your woman" thing, its women in general. Every girl Ive ever dated or known for that matter 1. doesn't know shit about cars and 2. proceeds to drive the shit out of every vehicle they have ever had.

the take off too fast and waste gas, they slam on the brakes and wear through brakes (my mom has an avalanche and needs a brake job EVERY YEAR!), they tailgate which leads to both, they curb check like crazy costing you tire repair and alignments, and they dont really care about maintenance.

There is not way around it, a woman will cost you money and when it concerns cars the only difference is they will cost you lots more money.

Mine's a slob and can't drive. She leaves her shoes everywhere and it irritates the crap out of me. I now put them on her side of the bed as a way of behavior modification. LOL. She also can't drive. She wrecked our brand new camry the second day we had it and did 2k worth of damage, she has hit a boat under a carport, my truck, a pole, several curbs which also cut the tires more than once, a house-yes a house, a guy in the wal mart parking lot, and tons of other crap. She speeds up in every curve as well. I agree, it is women in general. They do not respect vehicles or none that I do anyway. I tried to show her how to put oil in her car just so she would know and she stormed in the house. I get sick of it too.

There's a reason that car insurance premiums for women are higher than men's. They drive like nuts! Even my wife who is safer than other women still changes lanes without always checking her blind spots. The worst are the moms in the mini-vans/suvs with the cell phones!

yes suadeads cellphone drivers are the worse and it is always women on them, thankfully my wife doesnt cellphone and drive its a big ticket out here in jersey

ahh no shit I have a 2003 Explorer Sport myself-about to trade it in though has over 150,000 miles on it-even though there is nothing wrong with it

and yeah I feel ya bro, if your in NJ or NY ANYTHING you get done to your vehicle will cost you an arm and and leg

cost me over $600 to get a tune up and the O2 sensors replaced 2 years ago when I was working up there-what choice did I have, I was on the road working and didn't have the tools to do the job myself-not as if I can do it in the back of the hotel parking lot anyway

i learned to work on cars quickly after paying those ridiculous mechanic fees.

smart man! when i was younger i was able to do alot more fixing on my cars but then cars became so damn space age i just started going to a mechanic
