I'm getting ready to start taking IGF. would like some advice on how to diet. I usually eat a high protein diet. Anybody have any suggestions. I'm trying to get ripped and gain speed for running. Thanks

Some people never have a problem with hypoglycemia on igf but make sure you take in enough carbs. I personally have to take in more carbs on igf but you may be different.

I cant use IGFlr3 at all when on a ketogenic diet. I need to pump up my carbs, esp the simple carbs, or I will easily go hypo with only 60mcgs a day. Don't really know why, but it affects me that way. Apple juice or Orange juice before the inj, usually keeps me perfect. But thats just me.

I have the same hypo problem. One way to combat this is take the majority of IGF at night.

Are you guys saying that you are going hypo using a glucometer to confirm this or are you just assuming that's what it is? I've been feeling pretty tired running 70mcgs ed and am going to be testing my BS throughout the day to see if that is it. I'm using a carb cycling diet & i stick before going to the gym and use WMS and WPI, taurine, & creatine PW. I sip on 30-60g of BCAAs and creatine during the workout and feel fine but during the day is when I feel more tired than normal.

IGF does cause some lethargy in some people which is separate from going hypo. It understandably confusing since in many cases the first symptom of going hypo is sleepiness (that's not always what happens--depends on the person). If you measure 80 or below on a glucometer while you are using IGF, then you are close to going hypo and you need more carbs.
