IGF for High Bodyfat

I have a friend who's set on doing a cycle and I've been trying to tell him he needs to get his bodyfat way down before he does anything or it'll be a waste.Hes probably in the mid to high 20s.Would Igf help him to burn the fat even if its that high and is there any cycle or cycles that anyone would recommend. He wants to do var but I think it's pointless being that high.Any suggestions?

IGF would be the only thing I would recommend, tell him to get his cardio up and get his diet in check before even doing IGF. But it's definitely the only thing I would tell him to do if he has his mind set on a supp. Any over the counter weight loss supp would work for him as well, even if it's just to get him motivated and moving. Tell him to move more and eat less!

Tell him to move more and eat less!

LOL.Yeah,I've been telling him that for about 8yrs.He'll tell me hes been dieting for a few weeks and I'll go by his house and see pizza boxes and coke cans all over the place. He thinks that supps can work miracles I guess and I try to explain that he's not going to see anything unless his diet and exercise drastically change.

While I'm sure IGF would help, he should try an OTC fat burner first, just for the simple fact that IGF is pretty expensive when compared to other fat burners. Especially considering the fat burning effects are more noticed at higher dosages which just keeps getting more expensive. Just my opinion.

keep the meals 2 1/2 hours apart, SMALL meals are the trick

and igf will help reduce the BF while keeping the applied muscle peaked

yeah if he has the mentality that supplements can do it all you might as well tell him to stop now because he will get burnt out fast. Ive met people and known friends like this and they never last. IGF will be a waste of money at that bodyfat if you ask me. ECA would be a cheaper alternative.
