I been reading on other boards where people are mixing their IGF with Bac Water in the same syringe before they inject. Said it helps with the sting and knots and scaring of muscle tissue from the AA. Does anybody do this or do it another way?

I don't and I haven't noticed any stinging or knots at all. Everywhere I have applied has been painless, no knots, no problems.

I've done both without problem.

If I do it sub-q then yeah I get a slight bump or knot to the area

If it has already been reconstituted with AA, that isn't generally a good idea because you run the risk of degrading the IGF because of the reaction between the two chemicals--meaning the BA in the bacteriostatic water. It is best to reconstitute with one or the other. If you can handle the AA, then reconstitute your IGF with bacteriostatic water and use it immediately. AA is used because it buffers the IGF and keeps it good for a longer period of time whereas BS does not.

yeah they were saying mix it in the syringe when they go to inject it.

IMO No need with mix BW..We always use IM ..plz read this last research ..

yeah they were saying mix it in the syringe when they go to inject it.

Considering they are doing it right before taking it, there probably isn't time for any reaction and then it's in your body. If it helps reduce knots or pain, then it's probably okay. Just don't let it sit that way or dilute your IGF in the vial with BW.

Tolgam is also correct, IM is better than subQ for GH so I would have to assume the same for IGF since they are related.
