I'll be 52 at the end of this year and I almost got my bench to 75lbs.
Figure by the time I'm 60 I'll get a 100lbs. LOL

im still a young'n but a few older guys at my gym inspire me to train for life. exercise is a lifetime commitment that keeps you looking and feeling young. we are only as old as we feel as you put it Stickler

I try to eat right and workout - I am still putting 21 - 24 yr old girl lol :thumbsup:

hey... age IS just a number we all made up on a calandar that WE made up.. a long time ago to follow a 'time line' .... age well, live strong, and train hard.... get big, stay healthy (meantally, physically, emotionallly), and no one will ever know how 'old' you are.... i'm 32yrs young on the 5/5 .. f' it! ... i'm pumped.. now ... it's just time to get 'healthy.... ' ... physically,.... ok ... maybe mentally and emotionally i'm like 75.. so fuck it.. i'm ready to go....

alright.. well it's 5/5 ... i'm older.. today... for a minute.. but ya know what!@ .. it's a great day.... bottom line is. ... I have a great life, a great family, and great things surrounding me.. and as long as it stays that way.. what else (in the economic times), can I ask for? ... so f' it! .. happy bday to me! ... and happy birthday to all those who deserve it... we're only as OLD as we want to be.. .. and I'm young... very very f'n young... . (sometimes in the mind) . but still.... life is great...

btw.. if anyone has NOT read 'The Secret' or scene the DVD .. which is perfect to the book..... should get it.. think positive people... and do what you gotta do to BE positive... period...
